Privacy and terms
You share knowledge about your business and sometimes about your clients. Below, in plain language, is what Keepstone does with it. The full documents are at the bottom.
In short
Names become codes. Client names that you give, Keepstone replaces with codes before the AI reads your documents. Names that you do not give but that appear in a document can slip through. That is why the interview asks you not to mention client names.
Uploads are deleted straight away. Your uploaded files are deleted as soon as they have been read.
30 days, then erased. 30 days after delivery Keepstone erases your data.
AI with a person behind it. The analysis and the interview are done with Claude from Anthropic. A person reads every draft before you get it.
No tracking cookies. This site does not set tracking or marketing cookies. Payment goes through the Stripe payment page.
Advertising. If you arrive via a Keepstone advert on Google, the web address contains a click code from Google. That code goes with you to the Stripe payment page and is stored with your payment. That shows whether a payment came from an advert. The code is not passed back to Google.
Experiences. The experiences on this site come from clients who received a Keepstone second brain. They appear with their written permission, in their own words translated from Dutch, with only a first name and profession. Nobody received a discount or any other reward for an experience.
Contact form. What you send through the contact form (name, email address, company name and message) is only used to answer your question. It arrives as an email and is deleted once your question has been dealt with, at the latest after 12 months.

Each document has a version number and a date. If anything significant changes, you will hear by email.
Cancelling and refunds
Before the interview. Have you not started the interview yet? Then you get all your money back. Send an email and it will be arranged.
After the interview has started. Then Keepstone does not refund. The work on your second brain has already begun.
After delivery. Is something wrong in your second brain? Report it within 14 days of delivery. It will be corrected free of charge.
