How to set it up in ChatGPT
Four steps, once.
- Open ChatGPT, click your name at the bottom left and choose Personalization. Under Custom instructions, click ChatGPT.
- Copy text 1 from your download page and paste it into the field More about you.
- Copy text 2 and paste it into the large field at the top of the page.
- Click Save and open a new chat.
What to expect, and what not to
ChatGPT follows your settings, but it is still an AI. Anything that isn't in your settings, such as your full rates, you give yourself in the conversation. Always check important texts such as quotes yourself.

Yes. You edit the text in your settings yourself, or you book a refresh. After a refresh you paste the new text.
